Look Out, Below! New London firefighers Rocco Basilica, left, and Harry Reed tear down a section of plywood facade from a building at 143 State St. in New London on Monday after high winds caused one of the sheets to fall to the sidewalk. There were no reported injuries, but State Street was closed while the department made hasty repairs
